Privacy policy

This policy explains how Orbita Studio handles personal information in connection with orbitastudio.digital. Browsing this site collects nothing about you.

What browsing this site collects

Nothing. This site has no accounts, no working forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party embeds. It stores nothing on your device, it requests nothing from other servers, and our web server keeps no access logs.

What you send us

The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us, normally by email: your name, your address, and whatever you tell us about your project. We never ask for identity documents, payment details, or sensitive data. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare and discuss proposals, deliver the work we agree on, and keep the records that tax and commercial law require. Nothing else. We do not sell or share personal information, we do not use it for advertising, we build no profiles, and no decision about you is ever made automatically.

Who else can see it, and where

Our email provider, and the company hosting our server. They receive only what their role requires and are bound to protect it. Because those providers operate outside your country, your information may be processed elsewhere; where the law requires it, we rely on recognised transfer safeguards.

Client and project material

Our work involves confidential brand material, research, and files shared under agreement. We keep that material apart from this site, we never publish it without written permission, and we return or delete it on request when a project closes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within a year. Project correspondence and contracts are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires, and deleted after. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will, unless the law obliges us to keep it.

Your rights in the EU and the UK

Under the GDPR you may access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent you may withdraw it at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Your rights in the US and Argentina

Several US states, California among them, give you the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of. In Argentina, Law 25.326 grants you free access to your information at six-month intervals, and the right to have it corrected, updated or deleted; complaints go to the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy as our services or legal obligations change, and the date at the end of this section will always reflect the current version. Privacy questions and requests go to hello@orbita.studio. This version is in effect since 31 August 2026.
